Attention Macomb Families: Devon Sports Lab is bringing OU Softball and Baseball to our school on Thursday, January 22nd, 3:30-7:30. The event is open to all families, but the clinics are only open to 8-13 year old's who have been registered using the QR code on the flyer. After school will be in session and dismiss at normal time. The after school bus route will not change.

This is our last week of After School. We will resume on Monday, January 12th for Cycle 3.

Saturday, December 13th:
• Breakfast with Santa – 8:30–10:30 AM in the cafeteria. Free breakfast includes 2 pancakes and 2 sausage links. We hope to see you there!
• Wreaths Across America Program – Hosted by Rowdy Butler at 11 AM in the gym to honor Veterans.
– The escort will meet at 10 AM at Firelake Grand Casino, then travel to the Pottawatomie County Courthouse to lay wreaths, followed by the program at the school. Anyone who wants to join the escort is welcome.
– Anyone wishing to help lay wreaths afterward at Romulus Church and Prairie View Church can contact Rowdy at 405-740-0559.

Next Monday–Wednesday:
The library will be open from 3–5 PM for families who want to come read with their children.

Thursday:
• Gingerbread House & Literacy Event begins at 5:30 PM. Families may enter a gingerbread house in the competition by submitting a story with it.
• Christmas Program will follow at 6:30 PM.

Friday, December 19th is our last day of school before Christmas Break!

This event is a fundraiser for our elementary school. Gate entry is $3 for adults and $1 for students who are not playing. We hope to see you there! Schedule is as follows:

PK & K Girls: 9 AM

PK & K Boys: 9:30 AM

1st & 2nd Girls: 10 AM

1st & 2nd Boys: 10:30 AM

We are excited to announce our PK-2 Basketball Festival will be Tuesday, December 9th from 9:00-12:00. Admission cost is $3 for adults and $1 for students who are NOT playing. This is our elementary fundraiser. Come out and support us!!! Concessions will be available! Wanette will host PK-2 BB Festival on December 16th 9:00-12:00

Good morning, Hornets! Thank you for your participation in our food drive—we collected hundreds of non-perishable items for our community. Congratulations to the 6th grade class for collecting the most!

Reminder: No After School this Thursday. Join us for our Community Thanksgiving Dinner from 6–7:30 PM. After School will be back in session Friday, and we’ll enjoy a movie and popcorn before heading into Thanksgiving Break!

Basketball season is in full swing. Please notify the office, your child’s teacher, or Mrs. Lloyd of any changes to after-school plans by 2 PM. If we don’t hear from a parent or guardian, students will be sent home on the bus or to the pick-up line.

Students who are not on the basketball team must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter ballgames for free, and Mrs. Lloyd must be notified by 4 PM if they plan to attend. Otherwise, they will be sent home on the After School bus.
