Good evening, Hornets! Our school is excited to announce that we have received another 21st Century Community Learning Center grant from the Oklahoma State Department of education. We are thrilled to continue our Hornet S.T.I.N.G. after school program that has been in place for the last ten years.
In addition to after school, the Macomb Hornet S.T.I.N.G program is excited to announce that we will be providing a before school program for students as well. Students MUST be enrolled in the 21st century program, and MUST be dropped off by a parent between 7-7:15 AM. They will participate in enrichment, tutoring, and physical education. Good evening, Hornets! Just a reminder, your student must have attended at least 2 days of summer program this week to be eligible to attend the field trip to Paul's Valley on Friday (Mon.-Thur.). Families are welcome and encouraged to meet us at the park for lunch at 11. We will return to school by 4 PM. Please be there by 3:45 for pick up. Bus routes will be 2 hours later than usual. Our last week will be Water Safety Week. We will be going to the Maud Pool each morning from 10:00-11:30. If you have a life jacket or water safety devices for your kiddos, please send with them next week. Our field trip next week will be the Paul’s Valley Water Park. If you have a student who is 4 or younger we require you to attend with them. We will get back at 4:00 p.m. Bus will run exactly 2 hrs. later than normal. Thank you!

Summer campout is tomorrow night. You can drop your student off at 6 PM. Don't send bedding, sleeping bags will be provided. We'll have hot dogs, chips, and smores. Pick up is at 10 AM Friday morning, and buses will run at 10 AM as well. There will be no summer program for PK-2nd on Friday.
